Insurance

Currently, I accept Premera/Lifewise insurance. Please let me know if you’re planning on using insurance so we can check to see eligibility for costs, coverage, etc. For others, I am an out-of-network provider. Depending on your insurance plan, you may receive partial out-of-network reimbursement for my services. If so, I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

My rates follows market rates for my credentials and experience level, and adjusts to inflation and cost of living increases. This will allow me to sustain a consistent quality of care. In the future, session fees may increase annually to continue to keep up with changes in cost of living and inflation. I will be sure to inform you of the exact fee increase well in advance.

Feel free to contact me for anything else you’re looking for that is not listed here :)

good faith estimate:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” that explains an approximation of how much your mental health care will cost in a year. Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You may ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
