Start by contacting me and scheduling a free, 15-minute phone consultation! This is a great time to see if we’d be a good fit for online therapy. You are also able to gauge and discuss potential financial options and planning for therapy services.
If we are a good fit, you will receive instructions to create and log into a therapy portal containing all the initial paperwork needed. We will then schedule a 60-minute intake session where we will discuss current concerns, history, and create a personalized roadmap.
After the intake session, I will summarize current concerns, goals, and propose a recommended roadmap & cadence for therapy. If there’s agreement, we will plan to meet weekly or every other week depending on the needs & goals.
